Cristini programming was built to develop athletes in the sport and fitness. It provides an avenue for athletes to ultimately improve Power, Work Capacity and Efficiency.
We have taken the different components of fitness and have developed a year-round training program to allow athletes to Peak when it is most important. Training seasons, training cycles, balancing the body and strategies are just some of the very important aspects that we incorporate into our program.
Our experience comes from a team of athletes and coaches that have been coaching for 10+ years. From competing at the CrossFit games, Regionals for seven years, qualifying our teams for Regionals and coaching national level weightlifters we understand the importance of evolving and maintaining health for longevity.
